Private Investigation Services

WizzardAI provides investigative services under a Texas Department of Public Safety private investigator license, conducted personally by the founder: an Army veteran and cleared cybersecurity professional with a graduate background in information security and privacy.

The practice is built for clients who need findings they can rely on: attorneys preparing for litigation, corporate security and legal teams, and individuals with a specific exposure to understand.

What we do

• Digital footprint and OSINT investigations. What is publicly discoverable about a person or organization, where it came from, and what it enables. Documented to a standard you can hand to counsel.

• Pre-litigation research. Fact development, asset and background research, and locating witnesses, conducted within the law and documented for use.

• Data broker exposure and removal, verified. Identification of personal data held by data brokers, removal requests filed under applicable state law, and a signed report of what was requested and what was confirmed removed. The signed verification is the difference between this and a subscription app.

• Executive and high-risk-individual digital threat assessments. What an adversary can find and how it could be used, then remediation.

How we work

All work is performed within Texas Occupations Code Chapter 1702 and applicable federal and state privacy law. We do not conduct surveillance of private individuals for personal matters, we do not install tracking devices, and we do not perform employment background screening subject to the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Engagements are scoped in writing before work begins. Findings are delivered as a written report with sources.
